WINTER CSA DETAILS

Anyone interested in participating in the Winter CSA will receive an email on either Sunday or Monday night each week listing the items available. Participants need to review the list and email back to Beans & Greens any items that they have plenty of or are "temporarily sick of"!   Then, choose either a $25 share or a $40 share for that week. On Tuesdays we will deliver to anyone that is local or can't pick-up for whatever reason, or pick-ups are at our home farm at 300 Gunstock Hill Road between 3 & 6 pm.  
The availability list at this time includes:
Frozen veggies:

 tomatoes
green beans
green peppers
red peppers

cut yellow onions

cut red onions

corn
Frozen meats:

chicken wings, drumsticks, whole, thighs, boneless
Narragansett turkey (including one of these will change the value of your CSA...)
Other veggies:

red potatoes

white potatoes

(Did you know that store bought potatoes are sprayed after harvest to prevent

them from sprouting???   Nasty!)
yellow onions
red onions
acorn squash
red cabbage
Other items:

 Local apples
frozen home made apple sauce
chips ~ like….tortilla chips or veggie chips
Fresh EGGS ~ medium to large size
Devine Burgers (for my vegetarian CSA members....)

AND….
anything else you might remember for the summer...if it is in stock!

WE are growing more produce in our greenhouses which we will be able to add

to the CSA availability in the early spring months!  Don't miss it!
